Take Your Kids to Work Day at Velocity Medtech

Velocity hosted its first annual Take Your Kids to Work Day event! This national event is designed to familiarize kids with the scope of work, expand their thinking capabilities, demonstrate the opportunities and realities of the workplace, and help them understand what their parents do every day. We are excited about the idea of kids, families, and the organization growing together as we host and inspire the next generation with the important work we do at Velocity. The day included facility tours, resume writing, interviews, games, food, prizes, product-making, and more hands-on opportunities. A huge thank you to all who participated!

Velocity Medtech’s Capacity Expansion

Velocity Medtech’s capacity is expanding! Customers have been facing raw material shortages and long lead times driving speed to market delays. As a result of numerous capital investments and supply chain partnerships, we have been able to expand our capacity and shorten lead times for customers through our newly installed and production-verified Swiss and CNC machines.
